Review | A'Pieu Rub in Gelato Mask (Pistachio)

It seems like I'm always on the search of a good pore care product, despite the fact that I've been disappointed by many. What can I say, small, clear pores are everyone's skincare goals, right? I've tried a few products that did an effective job at temporarily tightening my pores, but have yet to find one that does the job at getting out all the gunk, sebaceous filaments, and whatnot out of them.

I was gifted this A'Pieu Rub in Gelato Mask in Pistachio when I met up with Alice last summer in Seoul. To be honest, until Alice took me into an A'Pieu store with her, I never went into one because the brand never quite interested me before. I probably walked past the store more than ten times, I just didn't walk in. Thinking back on it now, I wish I did spend more time testing out their products in the store, cause they're pretty cheap and have decent quality. Kind of like Etude House, actually.

I'm getting off topic now, so back to this mask! I had my doubts, because I've tried their Essential Source Snail Vital Cream (review here) before and was really disappointed. I'm the kind of person who tends to not trust a brand's skincare anymore if it breaks me out (which the cream did), so I was scared that this mask would break me out too since I've yet to have a positive experience with clay masks. Luckily it didn't, and I've used this for about a month now, so here are my thoughts on this mask~

Skincare Products I'm Currently Testing

Testing Feb 2016

Hello everyone!

Today I thought I'd do a post on what skincare products I'm testing out at the moment, which will also give you guys a little preview on what reviews to expect from me in the coming month. Some of them were bought by me, some were press samples, and I'll be clear on which ones are because I want to be honest with everything for you guys. So, let's begin!

W2Beauty Haul | VDL, Primera, Etude House, and More!

My friends and I are always joking about shopping bans, and how unrealistic they are. Beauty junkies, you know what I mean right?? Whenever a brand comes out with a new collection, and something catches my eye, I'm always super tempted to give it a try. I'm proud to say that I was able to resist that temptation for 5 months, but now that the new year has come, I thought it was time to treat myself to a haul from one of my favorite K-beauty stores- W2Beauty

This haul is a mix of products I've been wanting to try for months, products I'm running out on, and newly released products that caught my eye. I'm really excited to show you guys everything I got, so let's get started with this haul post! I'll be linking the product name and its price to the store, so just click on the link to be directed to the product's page.

Summer in Seoul 2015 | Hangout with Alice of W2Beauty

Hello everyone!

It's been raining almost every day in California lately, so I haven't been able to take any pictures for reviews. Instead, today I thought I'd talk about something else and do something that I've never done on this blog before- a travel post! Sort of. For those of you who don't know, I was in Seoul, South Korea for almost the entire summer of 2016. Long story short: I was there for Korea University's international (pre-college for me) summer program. I know I said I'd blog about it, but as you can see... that didn't happen, heh. ^^; If you guys would like to hear about what I did in Korea and what the program was like though, let me know in the comments below and I'll definitely set aside time to write posts about Seoul and the program! :D
